IMRAN ALI
PRESIDENT & CEO
Imran Ali is the founder and owner of Aliia Custom Homes beginning in 2000. Imran pursued his calling in the construction industry at the young age of 20, starting with renovating and flipping condos.
Over 25 years later he has worked on many homes, condo's and even some commercial projects. Aliia's designs are unique and dominate style wherever he builds, but are most notable around the Westside of Vancouver.
Imran's passion for design, building excellence, maintaining the natural features of the building site and the incorporation of the design with
the building site has set him apart from
the competition.
ARMANDO ALVES
PARTNER &
SUPERINTENDENT
Born in northern Portugal and raised in Vancouver, Armando loves living on the West Coast. He has over 30 years of experience in managing construction sites as a General Contractor and is a huge asset to the Aliia team. Armando has a keen eye for construction and often contributes to finding innovative solutions on complex projects. His passion for home building, from its inception to final completion has been rewarded with many successful projects.
Armando's abilities also include an excellent proficiency in carpentry in addition to his superior management skills.
